Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy

  •   EMDR is an intervention to help individuals who are survivors of any kind of traumatic event, abuse, natural disasters, accidents, personal crisis or tragedy, or war.

  • EMDR therapy allows the individual to process the traumatic memory so that it becomes less upsetting. 

  • The procedure includes facilitation of bilateral stimulation (both sides of brain actively stimulated and communicating with one another) through use of eye movement/tappers.

  •  The procedure can help individuals resolve these negative experiences and body memories, and to maintain a more positive self-concept, both in relation to the trauma, and overall.

Psychotherapy fees

  • $150 a session with Licensed Psychologist, $125 with Licensed Associate Counselor, $40 a session with graduate interns

  • We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance PPO Plans (Horizon, Omnia).

  • Fees are due at time of service (Cash, check, credit card)
