The Team
Lauren Turner, Psy.D.
Owner of TCW,
Licensed Psychologist,
RYT-500, Reiki Master
Throughout life, many of us will experience some sort of emotional issue. Some we can handle on our own, and others we may want to explore on a deeper level with a specialist. I look forward to working with those who are brave enough to face these issues head on, and to explore some of the underlying reasons why these issues have manifested.
In order to treat mental health, it is not enough to treat the mind alone. We are dynamic and multidimensional beings, and it is my belief that we cannot treat the mind without also considering the body and spirit as well. Aside from being a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I am also a 500 hour registered yoga teacher and reiki master, and tend to use a holistic approach to treatment. I may suggest yoga therapy techniques, meditation practices, or reiki energy healing as part of treatment, and have a strong focus on the mind-body connection.
I specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, yoga therapy, bariatric evals, LGBTQ concerns, adjustment disorders, as well as testing and assessment (ADHD and PTSD Screenings, neuropsychological and psychological/personality testing with report).
As an expert in trauma and PTSD, I am an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Certified Clinician. I completed my training and supervision through the EMDR Institute, and became certified in 2015.
I work with teens, adults, and couples, and offer both in person and virtual sessions.

Meghan Mcenerney, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Hello! I am an easygoing therapist who specializes in childhood trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and issues concerning attachment. If you are exhausted from carrying all your life experiences around with you, I can help you off-load what you are holding on to or what feels like is holding on to you. I am trained in EMDR, an evidence-based treatment used to process trauma and relieve symptoms of PTSD, and I often incorporate IFS, which supports us in identifying vital parts of ourselves that we may be neglecting and help them heal.
My approach is collaborative and person-centered. You are an individual and, therefore, have individual needs. It is important to me that your experience doesn't feel labeled or overly pathologized. I believe that therapy can be a productive place as well as a relaxing and fun place where we can make room for the lighter moments as well as the darker ones.
I am creatively trained in Art Therapy, which can be a wonderful way to share and process emotions and experiences in a way that feels less threatening and is often more expansive. I pride myself in meeting you and supporting you wherever you are at in your journey. I look forward to hearing from you and getting to know you better.
I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
I work with teens, adults, and couples and offer virtual sessions.

Natalie Powell, Marriage & Family Therapist Associate (MS., LAMFT., NCC.)
Hello! My name is Natalie and I am a graduate of Rutgers University–New Brunswick, with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Upon graduation I began to work in an urban school setting, where I obtained valuable experience working with underprivileged youth as well as first-time mothers. During this time, I was able to gain valuable experience with concerns that commonly impact women including domestic violence, body issues, anxiety, depression, as well as post-partum, and low self-esteem.
I am also a graduate of Walden University’s Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy program, where I have received hands on training in integrative, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness therapy. While completing my graduate coursework I have gained tremendous exposure by working with both groups and individuals from a variety of backgrounds and different walks of life. These experiences have cultivated a general interest in how our experiences shape our worldview and in turn how we experience life.
I am a firm believer that there is not one single approach that works for everyone and I’m excited to explore these options with those who are seeking change. I understand that no matter how “big” or “small” an issue maybe be, seeking help can be extremely difficult and therefore use an approach that is direct-yet compassionate. My goal as a therapist-in-training is to create a non-judgmental environment where you feel safe, and supported. I believe in a working partnership in which a strength-based approach is met with adaptability and flexibility. I admire all prospective clients in taking the initial step in seeking therapeutic services and hope to be able to assist you on your journey.
I offer sessions in English and Spanish and work with teens, adults, and couples and offer virtual sessions.

Irmak Dagistanli, Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)
I believe one of the most essential things in life is for a person to know themselves deeply. This is not exclusive to either the so-called “good” or “bad” parts of ourselves, but rather involves taking inventory of all parts to be able to see the whole picture accurately. Whether it be learning to trust others, setting stronger boundaries, or gaining more self-compassion, I will support you as you work towards growth that will transcend itself outside of the therapy session.
We will collaborate together to develop a treatment plan that works best for your needs, incorporating various elements of psychoeducation, mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and existential psychotherapy. My approach is straightforward yet warm, and I aim to cultivate a non-judgmental environment where you are encouraged to deeply explore your inner world.
I have experience working with groups and individuals of all ages and backgrounds, addressing issues of low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, grief, and co-occurring addictions. Additionally, I have competency in third-cultural issues, understanding the complexities and nuances that come along with multicultural sensitivities.
I recognize taking this step might not be easy, and I really appreciate your courage. I look forward to supporting you on your journey towards healing.
I work with teens, adults, and couples, and offer virtual therapy sessions in English and Turkish.
Additionally, I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).

Melissa Bardales - Delgado, Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)
You don’t have to stay in the dark. There’s a sunny window waiting for you, and I’m here to help you find it.
My mission as a therapist is to be that gentle light that reaches you in your darkest moments — a steady, caring presence when life feels heavy, lonely, or overwhelming. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, or self-worth challenges, I meet you with deep empathy, warmth, and zero judgment.
I offer a safe and supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and held. I believe that at our core, we are all still carrying versions of our younger selves — our “baby us,” our child self and many of our adult patterns are shaped by what that inner child experienced. Healing often begins when we give that part of ourselves permission to speak, to feel, and to be nurtured. In our work together, we honor that child with gentleness, curiosity, and care.
I take a holistic approach, honoring the deep connection between mind, body, and soul. Healing doesn’t just happen through talking — it also lives in the body, the breath, the way we care for ourselves day to day. I may incorporate mindfulness, breathwork, or grounding practices alongside traditional therapy to support your full self.
My clinical work is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT – especially its mindfulness components), Person-Centered Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, and guided by the belief that you already carry wisdom and strength within — sometimes, you just need the right space to rediscover it.
I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The College of New Jersey and bring both clinical knowledge and genuine heart into every room I sit in. You don’t have to do this alone. If you’re ready to step out of the dark and into something lighter, brighter, and more whole — I’d be honored to walk that path with you
I offer sessions in both English and Spanish, work with teens, adults, and couples, and offer both virtual and in person therapy sessions

Christie Licastro, Masters Level Intern
Pronouns: She/Hers
Throughout our lives, we all encounter challenges that can feel difficult to manage alone. Some of these experiences can be navigated with time and support from loved ones, while others may call for deeper reflection and healing in a therapeutic setting. I work with individuals who are ready to face those deeper struggles and begin creating meaningful change in their lives. I come to this work as a student intern and as someone who has lived a full and varied life. This is a second career for me—one rooted in personal transformation, growth, and a deep calling to help others find clarity, healing, and connection. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, offering support that is grounded, compassionate, and attuned to your unique needs and story.
In my trauma-informed approach, I take a relational and collaborative stance, drawing from a humanistic foundation. I use an eclectic approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic practices, and psychoeducation, while staying grounded in systems theory, person-centered care, and spiritual integration when appropriate. I believe healing involves the whole person—mind, body, and environment—and I work with clients to explore how all of these systems interact. Sessions are guided by deep listening, mutual respect, and the belief that healing happens when we feel truly seen and supported.
My areas of clinical focus include life transitions (divorce, motherhood, career change), anxiety, depression, ADHD & neurodivergence, maternal mental Health, and survivors of domestic and narcissistic abuse. I have a special passion for working with neurodivergent individuals, women, and those navigating complex relational or emotional histories. My goal is to offer an affirming, nonjudgmental space where you can begin to reconnect with yourself, your values, and your path forward.
As a mature intern, I bring not only academic training but also life experience, authenticity, and purpose to this work. Every session is backed by weekly supervision with Dr. Lauren Turner, Psy.D., and offered at a reduced rate to make therapy more accessible.
I work with teens, young adults, adults, and couples and offer both in person and virtual sessions.
